1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Groundball ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Grayson Warren, operator of Groundball (grayson@ccrebrokers.com).
2. Description of Service
Groundball is an AI-powered workflow audit and automation platform that records business workflow walkthroughs, analyzes them using artificial intelligence, and builds automation scenarios using Make.com on behalf of customers. The Service includes:
- AI-powered workflow analysis and automation recommendations
- One-time audit sessions ($67)
- Per-automation build services ($99–$497 per build)
- Optional subscription plans (Groundkeeper at $29/month, Full Crew at $79/month)
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must provide accurate registration information including your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Purchases and Payments
All purchases are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is required in full before automation builds begin. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. If you experience a technical failure attributable to Groundball, contact us at grayson@ccrebrokers.com within 30 days for a resolution.
5. Third-Party Account Connections
The Service may require you to connect third-party accounts (Google, Dropbox, QuickBooks, Calendly). By connecting these accounts, you authorize Groundball to access and act within those services on your behalf solely for the purpose of building and running your requested automations. You represent that you have the right to connect these accounts and grant this access.
You may revoke access at any time through the relevant third-party service's settings. Revoking access may prevent your automations from functioning.
6. Session Recordings
By using the Service, you consent to screen and audio recording during your workflow walkthrough session. These recordings are used solely to generate your automation recommendations and are not shared with third parties. Recordings are deleted after processing is complete.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Reverse engineer or copy the Service
- Use the Service to harm, defraud, or deceive others
- Violate the terms of any third-party service you connect to Groundball
8. Intellectual Property
Groundball and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Grayson Warren and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The automation scenarios built for you are yours to use. Groundball retains no ownership of your business data or automation outputs.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Groundball does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automation scenarios will produce any particular business outcome.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Groundball shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Groundball in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Third-Party Services
Groundball integrates with third-party services (Make.com, Google, Dropbox, QuickBooks, Calendly, Stripe, Supabase, Daily.co). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
