Groundball ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI workflow audit and automation platform operated by Grayson Warren. Our website and platform are located at https://groundball-phi.vercel.app. You can reach us at grayson@ccrebrokers.com.
2. What Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Name and email address when you purchase an audit or automation build
- Business description and workflow information you share during your session
- Tool account credentials (Google, Dropbox, QuickBooks, Calendly) that you authorize via OAuth
Information collected automatically:
- Screen recording and audio narration from your workflow walkthrough session (used solely to generate your automation recommendations)
- Usage data and logs from your dashboard activity
Information from third-party services:
When you connect a third-party account (Google, Dropbox, QuickBooks, Calendly), we receive OAuth tokens that allow us to act on your behalf within those services. We store these tokens encrypted at rest.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Analyze your business workflows and generate automation recommendations
- Build and deploy Make.com automation scenarios on your behalf
- Communicate with you about your build status and updates
- Improve our platform and services
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising.
4. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect a third-party account, we access only the data necessary to build and run your automations. Specifically:
- Google (Gmail / Google Sheets): We read and write to Google Sheets and send emails on your behalf as part of your automation scenarios.
- Dropbox: We access files and folders you specify to route documents as part of your automation.
- QuickBooks: We read invoice and client data to automate billing workflows.
- Calendly: We read scheduling data to trigger post-call and follow-up automations.
You may revoke our access to any connected account at any time through that service's settings.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the United States. OAuth tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Session recordings are processed and then deleted after your automation recommendations are generated.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information and automation configuration for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing grayson@ccrebrokers.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

8. Children's Privacy
Groundball is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform. Continued use of Groundball after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
